Depar is a registry set up by Cicero Reumatlogy, a collaboration of rheumatologists working in 11 different hospitals in southwestern Netherlands.
The aim of DEPAR is to describe and improve the course of psoriatic arthritis and, to focus treatment towards disease phenotype (small joints, large joints, enthesitis, axial disease, skin). It is an ongoing cohort study that includes newly diagnosed patients with Psoriatic arthritis. Data is gathered on demographics, disease activity, medication, quality of life, work participation and radiologic joint damage. The current time frame is 3 years that include 8 measurements. More information about these measurements can be found here.
